New Fashion Photography Collection

Manuel Outumuro, one of Spain's most prestigious photographers, has been photographing fashion and celebrities such as Pedro Almodóvar, Nicole Kidman and Javier Bardem, for over 20 years. Throughout his extensive career he had the opportunity to photograph some of the most famous and prestigious models in the world while working with women's magazines including Vogue, Elle and Telva.

This collection of 100 photographs of a visual universe that relates fashion to graphic design, cinema, art history and other disciplines has been delivered to us through his uniquely creative vision.

With this collection the MTIB has launced its collections of fashion photography that, in the future will expand over time by incorporating the work of other great photographers. The Museu Tèxtil i l'Arxiu Fotogràfic de Barcelona will host this collection at its present installations until they are able to be transferred to the new facilities at Glòries.
