Access and reading room
The center contains a Reading Room with 22 reading points. The bibliographic reserves can be consulted for free during the opening hours of the center.
Information and bibliographic requests
The bibliographic information service provides information about the Documentation Center, its reserves, its facilities and services, as well as assistance and advice in the search for information. Other types of requests, such as, technical consultations, dating of images or works, etcetera, are not included in this service. In these cases, the Library allows access to its documental reserves ( more information about this service can be found at Access and Reading Room).
The Documentation Center provides its users with some of the best specialized databases available. Requests must be made within the opening hours of the Documentation Center.
Reproduction of documents
The Documentation Center has a self-service photocopy machine that prints in both black and white, and colour.
A free service that only requires the presentation of your Documentation Center card.
The interlibrary loan service allows users to obtain documents from other libraries. These documents will be consulted in the reading room of the Center.
This service allows users to hold up to 3 documents that are currently on loan. Once the document is returned, the Documentation Center will contact you via email so that you may pick the items up within a 7 day holding period. This service is available in person at the Center, by phone at 93 256 68 00 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Anyone with their own mobile device or one of the digital tablets that the Documentation Center lends, can connect to the Internet in the consultation rooms of the center.
